Unfair skin of face and body

From a year my skin is getting dull and my face is getting darker whatever i am trying is not creating any diffrence.i have tried so much but it is dull and more dull.sir please give me your imprtant suggestion to solve my problem.also give me a dieting routine and other suggestions to keep my skin looking young.Sir i am very unconfident and people start saying that you are not as smart as you are before so please sir kindly suggest me your views so that i can my my skin glowing. Thank You
