I am continuously loosing weight since one year.Before 14 months(start of first corona wave) my weight was 61 kgs and now it is 54 kg .At the same time (March 2020) I started doing yogasans & pranayama regularly.
Although I am feeling much better physically
and mentally after each passing month but I am concerned about considerable weight loss, since it is making my body posture worse ?
