I noticed I've developed these circular yet patchy pinkish red marks on the back of my calfs, close to my ankles. One leg has a fairly large red circle and 3 smaller ones around it. (The large one looks oddly like Mickey Mouse) They don't feel much different than my other skin, if I rub my finger over them without looking I can't tell they are there. They don't itch or burn, I'm just concerned because the first thing they made me think of (being that they are circles) is ring worm.

Most likely round patches are ringworm or fungal infection. But since it's not itchy, it's unlikely. If you can send photos in private chat, i will be in a better position to diagnose and hence treat your condition. Without examination nothing can be said as red patch is very generic term.
