Unexpected Periods
My periods have always been very regular, and my usual cycle is about 28-30 days. I had my last period on 3rd April, which lasted about 4 days. Unexpectedly, I got my periods again on 16th April. The flow is much lesser than the usual periods. I am not taking any medication, and except for some exercising that I have started in the last 3-4 weeks, nothing has really changed in my routine or my diet. I am not used to having periods in the space of 2 weeks, so am not sure whether this is normal or not.

Irregular menstrual flow is usually associated with number of disorders or infections or hormonal imbalance. Please see a Gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.
