Uneasiness while in gym
Hello, since last week while doing weight training in gym I started feeling uneasiness and heavy head with pukish feeling. I do smoke too so so not sure if if it is due to chest/lungs

Hello..... Weight lifting exercises need more energy, during this activity body metabolism increases, heart rate increases, vessels dilate... Since you have all above symptoms while exercise you better stop it for time being.. Quit smoking, it's not good for health in any way.. Consult general physician once.
