ANYWHERE INFLAMMATION OR INFECTION IN BODY CAUSES INCREASE IN ESR VALUE. EVEN IN ANEMIA ESR GETS INCREASED. FOR ACIDITY,  GAS : AVOID SPICY FOOD, CITRUS FOOD AND FRUITS. AVOID SPICY FOOD. SMALL AMOUNT FREQUENT MEALS. YOU CAN CONSULT ME ONLINE.
