There are always 2 types of FEAR. One is USEFUL fear and the other is USELESS fears. One is REALISTIC and the other is not REALISTIC at all. Your brother can start by working on questioning his fears as to whether they are REAL or not. This he should do by honestly asking himself (and you can help here), whether he has any real evidence to prove that he is going to have a heart attack. If not then that fear in that moment is unreal and useless, purely imaginary. To do this he may want to go to a good cardio doctor and have all the tests done to make sure that there is no reason to fear. He must keep presenting himself with hard evidence of possible heart failure or dismiss the same from his mind as an over active imagination that seeks to always imagine the worst. Let me know how this works.
