Undetectable=Untransmittable
Suppose I had unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a girl, and very next day she tests negative in 4th gen HIV combo test. That means she is untransmittable even she is infected?

There should be undetectable viral load i,e HIV RNA and confirmatory antibody differentiation immunoassay negative then it can be considered safe
