Undescended testicle
How doctors decide between orchiopexy and orchiodectomy? Is there any fertility issue happens after orchiodectomy? I am 19 years now suffering from crytorchidism (My parents didn't done my treatment in childhood due to ignorance). I don't want to lose testis even if it's of no use. Can orchiopexy can be done in this age? N.B. : C.T. scan shows 'Ectopic testis is situated in right side of the pelvis, just proximal to the right deep inguinal ring'.

At ur age orchiectomy is always better as undescended testis is dysfunction and it may give increase the risk for testicular cancer. Ur other testis is normal, so no fear of infertility.
