Good morning, being medical professional you must know the value of breakfast, please take breakfast on a regular basis comprising 25% protein, 25 carbs and 50 fruits and veggie.
Take dry fruits as well.
Day time add on veggies and more dal in your lunch.
In between roasted, sprouted, steamed or any healthy snacks and keep proper hydration as well
Next Steps
If genetically lean and thin and having full energy with good immune system ,then no worries eat healthy balanced diet woth time weight will increase
