I am 30 years and my weight is 45 kg.I look like a 16 year old person.Please guide me.

To maintain a healthy weight u should follow a healthy regime ,disciplined life,go for light exercise
And follow a diet which is energetic, light,yet very easy to digest,should not be a burden on digestive system. .u can visit /contact to be sure u don't have any systemic problem.if proper absorption of food is not there mass gain is not possible. .. increase ur appetite by including ginger lemon in ur diet just prior to eating chew a lot .U can take a detailed diet too
