How i gain weight. i have a slim body but i want to gain some weight. I also join the gym and take some protein but now i left the protein few days back.

Hello , have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your muscle mass and increases appetite. Don't take medication or protein powed to gain weight , it may affect your health. Sleep is also as important as exercise ,so sleep for atleast 7-8 hours .
