Hi , my age is 27 and my weight is 47.5kg i feel which is too much underweight and trying to increse my weight by food but i m unable to eat enough food bcoz of less hunger...i have hair fall problem as well with microdandruff near the hair follicles...i m very concern which is leading me to depression..plz help

Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have small 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple,banana etc....do regular exercise without failure...do bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc....once your diet is proper hair Fall may be reduced take biotin supplements it will help you...consult dietitian and dermatologist for further details
