My baby is 4.5months old weighing 5.4kgs,while his birth weight is 3.18kgs.. He is a breastfed Baby & seemed to be underweight. I have been put on medication with lactare capsules and mother's horlicks and now he has been passing dark green stools with curdly particles atleast 5-6 times a day. What should I do?

Your meds have no relation to loose motions in your baby,do continue if effective in increasing your lactation. Maintain hygiene in feeds and ensure feeding on demand ONLY,which at this age and weight, shouldn't be before 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Don't wake him up for feeds, and you must take a good diet for good lactation. Weight gain is OK. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
