to know the proper weight, you need to calculate your BMI.
to calculate the BMI use the following formula.
weight in kgs/ (height in centimetres squared).
this will give your BMI.
if your BMI is less than 18, its underweight.
if its 18 to 25 its normal.
your BMI comes to around 18.6 that is normal.
