My son is 14 years old but has not grown up satisfactorily due to which his weight and height is below standard and he looks like a boy of 10-11 years. Please suggest some treatment.

hi. every child has his/her own growth rate, development, maturation. Boys mature much later. he has just entered his teens, give it time, some boys in his class might have hit the growth spurt which starts with puberty, some get the growth spurt a little late. It is a natural process, which every child will experience today, or tomorrow. i wouldn't advise to take any treatment for this. give it sometime, the growth will be as desired.
