Its simply fat over disposition in your axilla. Nothing to worry. And please leave it as it is, there is no need for frequent examination by pressing it.

Usually fatty tissue. Leave it alone after USG assessment.  Many female want surgery for cosmetic reasons. Go to a Plastic surgeons.  The surgery is bigger than we expect. My choice, leave it alone
