Under left arm pit constantly paining
Past 1 yr am feeling under left armpit it's paining when am pressing in middle..Lumps not there but pain there.previously I took physiotherapy for musle spasm in left shoulder lik 8month back..So can u suggest something on it.. What for its happening.Or any serious issue might be..

Regular Stretching of Shoulder Muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.
