Under active thyroid / Low Ferritin
I believe I have an underactive thyroid, I have ALL the symptoms and decided to get myself tested on as much as possible. Reverse T3 is not available where I am in the world. I have been tested for TSH = 4.13 uIU/ml FT3 = 2.31 pg/ml FT4 =1.31 ng/dl My Vitamin D and B12 are normal Iron Level = 0.41 ug/ml Ferritin = 6.8 ng/ml Anti - Peroxidase = 7.52 U/ml Anti - Thyroglobulin Ab = 12.3 U/ml Anti - Microsomal Ab = 24.1 U/ml What should I take? levothyroxine and iron supplements?

Your thyroid is normal you need iron supplements and you must find out why you are that in iron deficiency
