  4. Uncontrolled fasting. Control my sugars?

Uncontrolled fasting
I am taking 4 units of slow acting insulin at night but fbg is around 113. And taking 4 units of humulin R before each meal so it is also around 130 which is uncontrolled as i m 8 weeks pregnant. How do i increase my dose to control my sugars?
