In some patients the coating over sustained release tablets doesn't get dissolved and tablet is passed in stools. its called ghost tablets. The brand may need to be changed. Your HbA1C is high and we need to change the treatment. It would be better if we have fresh fasting and PP sugars. Also a detailed history would be needed to chose the best drug for you.
