Unconsciousness
I was hit by a car on knee cap area after that my eyes started closing and my vision was blur but i somehow managed to get in lift of my apartment and after a minute i lost consciousness and other person in the lift woke me up and helped me with water and after that i was feeling normal can you please let me know what could be the problem

It seems that you might have had sudden jerking of Neck or simultaneous banging of head. Brief loss of consciousness is common & many a times, there is no problem later. Just see if you had vomiting, giddiness or any other syptom later. If none don't worry about it & take care of your Knee
