Uncomfortable throat.
Three years (2014 march) back I suffered from that swelling,pain and fever. I was on antibiotics for 2 months. Though I did not get swelling, pain and fever back, the white spots, something stuck feeling continued. I experience slight pain when had oily, cold or outside food. 2 months back I got viral arthritis and was on antibiotics for a week or so. I still have the joints pain that is bearable. Is it related to my throat problem. And can I ever get rid of my throat issues? I have visited 2 ent doc and 2 gen phy in these 3 years. Have unforgettable allergy tests, they were negative.

Hi there...Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods.
Gargle with warm salt water...Consult nearest ent specialist they will do the needful.
