My uncle is under depression treatment for last 5 year...Things were improving but all of sudden he is behaving abnormally... he sometimes become to aggressive for aunty...Discuss one topic again and again especially of past...Some times become violent to...He thinks his family members are his enemy...

Hello,
These symptoms are suggestive of psychosis. He do not have any touch with reality. He might have symptoms like talking to himself, suspicioius that people want to harm him, people are discussing about him etc. Do not delay the treatment as it may worsen over time. With the help of antipsychotic he will be fine.
