Im am indian 23 uncircumcised, does my skin has to go down the forhead?
At the time of worm i can only see urindischarg area and small portion of surrounding forhed

that means partially foreskin is sliding back and forth on glans (head) of penis.
You better see a sexologist to see whether the same skin can be pushed back and forth or not.
If not, u can undergo CIRCUMCISION surgery.
