Unbale to conceive child

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Me and my wife are trying to have a baby but we are not suceeding in that. Want to know what can be the cause for that i smoke cigarettes and take alcohol also. I am not under any medical supervision right now but had taken medical supervision in the past from gastrologist and ent for jaundice and ear problem In both cases the medicines were used for 3 months.
