Unable to walk and speak clearly
Hello He was diagnosed for TB Meningitis in June 2020. Treatment is going on with 3 to 4 hours physio. Still he is unable to walk himself and his speech is impaired. How much time it takes to recover. Attached his last mri report.

As per his MRI both Brain and Spine are affected.  Recovery of the patient depends on the clinical condition at which treatment was started. If initially it was only a minor problem he would have recovered in 6 months. If it was permanent damage to the neural cells, he may remain the same. Physio is given to prevent worsening of the present condition, to prevent stiffness and to aid recovery. Need complete details of his problem and physical examination to comment on his recovery time.
