Unable to take full breath after pool
I had swimming after one year today. After swimming Feeling slight pain at chest while I try to take full breath. Can you please suggest natural remedy for it. Please let me know what the reason could be.

Hi. I understand your concern s. Since you have been swimming since nearly a year I understand you must be able to co ordinate your breaths while swimming. It is mostly to do with your breath syncrony. Talk to your trainer about the same. For whatever it is worth please get a chest x ray and an ECG done and consult a pulmonologist for the same
