Close to drowning experience in the pool
Last night, I was very close to drowning in a pool which was very deep, and i hadnt realized. I almost ran out of breath after 1-1.5 mins, until i managed to come out with some help. I swallowed some pool water. Although i was gasping for breath initially,I was fine after 20-30 mins. But later, I started to shiver, and my left arm started to ache. And I also feel I'm taking fewer breaths than i normally do. Feeling very tired and looking pale. May I know if this is a serious issue or its normal?

You should visit your doctor immediately & get evaluated. Near drowning can have complications; you may aspirate water into your lungs which can result in a bad pneumonia. There can be muscle injury due to violent efforts. So it's advisable to have a check up just to ensure if everything is ok.
