Unable to speak
My son is about 3 yrs but still unusableto speak any single word. As he responses to sound well and follows General commands too. But not even say mama or papa or any other simple words

Hi, Many times children may have delayed onset of speech. But at this age you should have a pediatric developmental specialist check up for your child.
We should rule out some behavior issue with child, which can be solved with behaviour and or speech therapy
