Unable to retain erection for long.
I am a 68 years old man.with the grace of God i am in good health, except that i have HBP which is under control.I have a very disciplined life style, i dont drink and smoke.I go for my walk very regularly.Till last year i had a strong Libido and i could retain my erection for long.Suddenly, this year i seem to have lost my Libido and unable to retain erection for long.I dont want to loose it so soon, becuse i enjoy sex.I suspect my testosterone levels have dropped.Would you kindly advise what should be done to be sexually active.

Erectile Dysfunction.. It is very common now a days..Risk factors include- diabetes, heart ds, kidney ds,hyperlipidemia, thyroid ds, obesity. If u dont have ny of these then do regular cardio excercise for 30 mins atleast, eat healthy nutricious diet and quit smoking n alcohal. After this u can try Sildenafil or Tadalafil before intercourse. U can check ur total testosterone level in the morning blood sample.
