I am not able to prioritize and perform important activities/ tasks. I get anxious and delay it. I meant to make a phone call to someone 3 months ago but I am unable to. I get anxious and I delay it everyday. I must have left my home a handful of times for the past 3 months. I feel conscious going out. Even more so if in have to converse on phone.

Remain cautious is the good quality but problematic if it adversely affect your quality of life. I am saying so as people suffering with attention deficit problem unable to pay attention and sufferes great loss in life. Unable to prioritise cause you stress. Meet a psychiatrist.
