Unable to intercourse suddenly

Hi sir, after we had 15 days break, i try to do intercourse but my penis suddenly got shrinking when I try to insert my penis into her hole. But it is big while do foreplay. So unable to do intercourse..I never had this problem before. Can you please advise why I'm having this problem suddenly?
