I'm 26 years old and from the last 3-4 months I'm not feeling the same pleasure after masturbation. Also the penis movement during cuming which i used to have before, isn't happening. I did a lot of masturbation on the bed lying on my stomach from the past 10years.
I tried staying away from masturbation for a month hoping it will resolve the issue, but that didn't work. Though i fapped after a month(without watching porn, imagining the most excited thing by which i get aroused), still i
didn't get the same pleasure which i used to get before at the time of ejaculation.
I'm not married and I've never involved in sex before and have never been in any other physical relationships.
Now I'm really concerned about my sexual life. Should I continue masturbating or stay away from it.
What could have caused this problem? is this is normal and what are the precautions I need to follow.

Addiction of masterbation is serious problem , it can damage tissue and nerves of penis and lower the stamina of testies, due to which the sexual arousal and pleasure becomes weak.
