I want to be an ias officer and wrote upsc exam but i am too much afraid to take this exam. as a result i am always worried and afraid about my future. because of this fear i am unable to concentrate on my studies. how to get confidence that i can do it.

If you really serious about becoming a IAS then start treatment for you phobic anxiety problem after consulting a psychiatrist . You can take paroxetine 12.5 mgm HS dose of which can be increased to 25 mgm HS. You also need to be put on etizolam 0.25 mgm HS. Additionally you can be put on betacap TR 20 mgm in morning time. Follow a healthy life style like morning walk , yoga, meditation, breathing exercise.
