Unable to digest anything
I don't have diarrhoea but unable to eat anything. Even juice or fruits is making me pass stools. Feels like I'm unable to digest anything.

You might be having mild intestine infection or allergy. Keep drinking lots of sweet nimbu paani.
Next Steps
Try these, for food you try sweet rice with curd twice a day, medicine Oflox-oz twice a day for 5 days
