Unable to bring penis head skin down
My penis is covered with skin partially and am unable to see the penis head and bring down the skin. The inner surface has some white substance.
Please advise.. is this fungus or bacteria infection or something else

Hi ... Collection of white substance under foreskin is usually smegma. This is natural secretion of the glands in foreskin. This can be washed away with water during bathing. There is no need to apply any soap on this area. However if it is not getting cleared without pain then it is likely to be an infection.
