Unable to achieve,maintain an erection
Hi...I am 30 now and recently got married but during intercourse unable to maintain erection and sometime no erection, early ejaculation also there. I have never taken any alcohol, smoking or did masturbation. During sleep ejacluation happens once or twice in a month. Please advice and help to diagnose this problem.
