I m unable to sleep it use stare at night till 3pm or 4 pm. Due to this I m unable to go to my classes.

Try meditation before sleeping. There can be several reasons for the same. I suggest you take a counselling session with me. We can do it online too. Together we will explore the hidden reasons and help you through.
