Pus discharge from umbilicus.....ultrasound shows 1.3*1.4cm rounded hypoechoic tissue in umbilicus can this be cured with medicine only?

Hi. It needs an imaging, preferably a CT scan to see what the lesion is followed by biopsy and pus microscopic examination and culture. If any infevtive focus foind, will need antibiotics and probably surgical drainage.
