Umbilical cord cyst

Hi My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and during the ultrasound today doctor told us that she have cyst in umbilical cord and will need monitoring. I have attached the report, can anyone please help me in understanding how serious the condition is and will it dissolve naturally or any cure is required? Also does it possesses any threat to baby?
