Umbilical cord cyst

Hi I am 8 weeks pregnant and in my ultrasound today doctor told me that I have cyst in umbilical cord and will need monitoring. I have attached the report can anyone please let me know how serious the condition is and will it dissolve naturally and what all can happen to the child.
