Ultrasound report. Or checkup?

My ultrasound report said that I have mild bilateral Oophoritis with right ovaries-13. 11cc and left ovary 15.18cc . No fluid in the pouch of doulgas. Uterus is normal in size and anteverted. Measure 9cm in length, 4cm transverse, 4cm ap. Endometrium is thick and echogenic, healthy. Cavity is empty. No adrenal mass seen. Cervix is closed. I check on April 11 before period. Last period was on march 21-24 No period on April. May period was 3-17 little bleeding. June 17-23.Is this pcod? Infection? Inflammation? STDs or? Pregnancy? Unprotected sex on November 23 and march 19.Both not sure whether sperm entered or not but bleeding is different. What maybe the causes. I feel movement in ovaries if I touch and white discharge is happening since 30 last month till today ie. 3 days.it's in the middle of the cycle so am I ovulating? So much feeling of gurgling sounds in my stomach n ovaries. Should I take another ultrasound or checkup?
