Does abdominal ultrasound at 11week pregnancy reveal presence of foetus?? Will uterus change move from its position at 11 weeks ?? If yes, is it visible in abdominal ultrasound??

HELLO, UTERUS IS IN PELVIS UPTO11- 12WKS SO HOW COME IT VISIBLE.? I DON'T THINK SO. O.K BYE.
