ULCERS under tongue,ulcers on lips,tobac

Asked for Male, 63 Years

First of all thanks to PRACTO for helping my health issues. I being diognosed as OSMF III 10 months back, With white patches and bands inside the cheeks, burning of mouth is alarming with tears from eyes. Now oral cavity is painful and burning. The sunken cheeks with lowest hemoglobin and iron levels my immunity dangerously lowest. Since 5 months , round uppish and transperent unhealing Ulcers are growing on my lips,both up and lower lips, now started painful. Lower. Lip is swollen. INABLE TO EAT ANYTHING WITHOUT ANY CHILLY ITEMS. LUKEWARM ITEMS COULDN'T BE TAKEN. PLEASE ADVISE MEDICATION, WITHOUT BIOPSY. MY REGARDS TO DOCTORS REPLYING AND GUIDING ME MEDICATION
