ULCERS ON LOWER LIPS,UPPER LIPS,TONGUE
I WAS DIOGNOSED BY DENTIST AS OSMFIII 10 MONTHS BACK, NOW LEATHERY TOUCH WITH WITH WHITE RED MIXED PATCHES.IN CHEEKS.. MOUTH OPENING SLIGHTLY LESS THAN 3 FINGERS . LOT OF MOUTH BURNING EVEN BOILED LUKEWARM FOOD ITEMS. LOT OF MOUTH WATERING. I CONSUMED LOT OF TOBACCO AND BETEL NUTS FOR 7 YEARS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, NOW TUMOURS ON THE LOWER LIPS ADDING MORE AND MORE ROUND BIG COVERING ALMOST 20% OF LIPS. UPPER LIPS ARE OPEN FLAT ULCERS. UNDER THE TONGUE, ULCER, PARTICULARLY SIDES OF TONGUE. ON THE FLOOR OF MOUTH SMALL RED BOILS ARE FOUND. I LOST ALMOST 10 KGs of weight.in 6 months. Feeling very much tired. Due to LOCKDOWN I couldn't visit any SPLST. Kindly advise me what can be done now. Whether I can use curcumin caps. Even I may be diognosed oral cavity cancer. Thank you

Thorough examination by oncologist must. Most probably it is precancerous lesion, need treatment. But clinical examination must

Hi.. You need to get examined by an oncologist or an ent surgeon, if required biopsy to be done.. Then further management can be decided based on clinical examination

Need full oral cavity examination, if any abnormal need biopsy. Instead of breaking your head, meet a ENT OR ONCOLOGIST
