I'm suffering ulcerative colitis from 2016 onwards, In 2019 ulcerative colitis completely cure, My self stop medicines and now again it started, why these ulcerative colitis does not cure it will come again, permanent solution for these diseases

First and foremost, you must never stop medication on your own. Ulcerative colitis is a permanent disease so there is no point in abruptly stopping the medication.
Permanent solution is surgery, but many people remain in remission with medication.
So my suggestion is, please visit the doctor who has diagnosed your ulcerating colitis and take his opinion.
