Ulcerative colitis
I m suffering from pan gastritis, erosive duodenum, partial villious atrophy, non specific ileal ulcers. I m under treatment with Sompraz 40 & Vegaz OD once daily. Feeling continuous burning sensation & stool is not clear. Please suggest if modification in treatment is necessary. What treatment may clear stool.

Treatment comprises not just taking medicines. It is to find out what's happening to you with right diagnosis then treat it accordingly. U should see another doctor if symptoms are not reducing. However u r taking medicine for ulcerative colitis which is a progressive disease and worsens with time. U can meet another doctor and get few more medicines added to get situation under control.

Hi, Please get colonoscopy and biopsy of the ulcers. It may help in diagnosis. Accordingly treatment can be modified.
