I have vaginal ulcer and cyst in uterus, doctor has suggested d and c causterisation for ulcer, is it necessary or can be careful with medicine

If your doctor has assessed your problem and concluded that cauterising the lesion is the best approach and you have discussed alternative treatments already you can go ahead. You may take a second opinion if you are in doubt. Unfortunately it does mean going through the assessment process and examination again.
