  4. Ulcer on penis skin. Could be used?

Ulcer on penis skin
There is a ulcer that developed few days ago on penis skin. It is painful when comes in contact with clothes. Haven't had sex in last 8 months, so it can't be STD. Applied Soframycin and Bactafuz but of no use. What medication could be used?
